Actress/Model Yvonne Tucker is a classic beauty that has the look of executive responsibility. She needed an online portfolio for art director and booking agent to review.
We created a created a site design that would tell her story, listing her talents and present her capabilities but most of all, display a large revolving print portfolio. Personal branding was the way we chose to market Yvonne. We created a logo for her that would complement her business image. We also provided a clean site navigation as well as a coordinated print campaign. We felt that a large photo right up front was the best way to represents Yvonne as a model of success.
The branding efforts:
Since Yvonne’s portfolio was most important to the casting agents and art directors who make up the prime veiwers to the site. We sought to minimize the color photos throughout the site to keep users focus on Yvonne’s portfolio of most recent work. Black and white images were used to support the bios, activities and acting experience for navigating searches users needed for the site but kept the portfolio in full color for contrast. We chosed a calm blue color scheme overall while using a clean font style that would compliment her website and not to overpower or detract form her professional image.
The branding results:
Yvonne’s online Portfolio was well received by casting and print agents resulting in a increased commercial booking rate by 20%.
